Place Me With Your Son: A Retreat in Daily Life
(Cenacle Sisters)
Many make Lenten Retreats to prepare for Easter, but an Easter Retreat? Why not? Insofar as we share in the sufferings of the Lord, so shall we share in his victory, glory, and joy. We have much to learn from the Risen Lord and he comes to us bringing light, consolation, peace, and joy. A silent retreat contemplating our Risen Lord as he appears to friends like us who truly believe that he is risen and is alive in and among us.
There are people who desire to make the Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius for a full 30 days but do not have the time or the resources to do so. Yet they are drawn to a deeper experience of prayer and want to find God in their daily life.
If you are one of these, you may want to do the retreat in daily life (RDL). It involves seeing a retreat director once a week, over 10 weeks minimum for guidance for your prayer each week. Choose to join us as a group of friends or come individually.
Call us at (02) 4342054 or email us (cenacle.philippines@gmail.com) to learn more about this program.

Schedule of sessions (GMT +8): 9:30AM – 5pm, via Zoom
Facilitator: Sr. Judette Gallares, rc

Palm Sunday is the feast that commemorates Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem and marks the first day of Holy Week in the liturgical year. The scripturally-based retreat will be a time of personal reflection preparing our hearts to enter more fully into the mystery of Christ’s saving act highlighted during the Easter Triduum. The retreat program will give suggestions on how to use Scripture for contemplation that would lead to a heart-to-heart conversation with Jesus.
