We are aware that one of the consequences of the quarantine restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic had been the cancellation of a number of face-to-face activities like conferences, seminars and classes especially for those in religious formation. The shift to online meetings and classes has taken place. As a response to the pressing need for online formation programs due to this ongoing pandemic, we would like to announce that the Cenacle will offer the following online formation modules for postulants/prenovices. These are core modules designed to meet the formation needs and goals of the prenovitiate level.

September 7-10 : Beginning the Journey Within: Self-knowledge and Growth
September 21-24 : Intensive Journal Writing
October 5-8 : Prayer I: Process and Dynamics
October 12-15 : Prayer II: Ways of Praying
November 9-12 : The Process of Coming to Wisdom: Reflective Thinking
November 23-26 : Family Dynamics
December 7-10 : Dynamics in Intercultural Community Living
January 11-14, 2021 : Introduction to Human Sexuality and Spirituality
The half-day online classes will be from 9:30 AM-12:00 NN.
The fee is PhP 1,200 pesos per person for every module. The platform to be used will be Zoom.
As integration for the whole semester (8 modules), we will also offer a Life Direction Retreat, scheduled on January 23-24, 2021 that can help in the integration and discernment process. Separate fees will apply for this retreat.

Comfort in Desolation:
Prayer for Depressed, Languishing and Anxious People
3 ONLINE sessions
Dates: November 27, Dec 4 and Dec 11, 2021
Time : 2:30 -5:30 PM [GMT+8]
This retreat series will focus on learning how to pray when one is depressed, anxious or languishing. Hopefully, prayer will lead to finding comfort in desolation, as one experiences a God who has never left anyone to suffer alone. There will be inputs and time for personal prayer and faith-sharing.
